The study attempts to detect trace of topographical aspects of the characteristics on the creation, growth and development of Heet throughout its history and civilization for the period (since the beginning of its inception until 2017) introduced the ground units for the first position, which the city grew up with and between each unit topography in the subsequent phases based on modern techniques in the analysis and interpretation and discuss the city's direction and growth and expansion supported by the Algimorvologih and urban indicators that showed the influence of the right side in the focus and the expansion of the city than in the left side depending on the degree of correlation between the indicators statistically.
