Abstract EN

This study dealt with the principle of national sovereignty and its relationship with the International Criminal Court as well as its relationship with the persons of international law by determining the relationship of the International Criminal Court to the people of international law and the principle of sovereignty as well as the legal nature of the principle of seeking international cooperation and its relation to the sovereignty of the state.

States of the International Criminal Court This study has reached several conclusions، most notably that the Rome Statute is based on several principles، foremost of which is the principle of complementarity between the subject of jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court and the relations of the criminal court International، where the Court's jurisdiction is limited to natural persons، the Court relations are focused towards international law، the researcher also need to be based on the provisions of the Criminal Court Statute of the Court is committed to taking into account the special diplomatic and consular law provisions concerning the extradition of persons.
