Abstract EN

The study aimed to determine the degree of servant leadership practice among high school leaders from the teacher’s point of view, and the study relied on the descriptive approach, and the study was applied to the study community consisting of all secondary school teachers.

There are 2953 teachers in Mecca, and the study sample (481) is a random teacher.

The questionnaire was used as a study tool using the Dennis & Bocarnea (2005) Server Leadership Scale.

The results of the study showed that the degree of secondary school leaders in Makkah Al-Mukarramah to dimensions of servant leadership was high and was arranged as follows (love and care of others, trust, service to others, empowerment, altruism, humility), and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of ( 0.05) among the averages of teacher responses in determining the degree of secondary school leaders who practice servant leadership according to the variable (qualification - years of experience) for the teachers.
