The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of the elements of the future school in the schools of Al-Baha and its relationship to school performance from the viewpoint of teachers.

The researchers used the correlational descriptive approach, and the study was applied to a random stratified sample consisting of (348) female teachers.

The study tool was a questionnaire that included (40) items distributed on two domains, namely the domain of the degree of availability of the elements of the future school with (22) items, distributed on four subdomains of (Leadership of the Future School, Teacher of the Future School, Student of the Future School, Curricula of the Future School), and the domain of the school performance level with (18) items.

The study showed the following results, the degree of availability of the elements of the future school in the Al-Baha region schools with a medium degree, and the domains were in the following order (the curricula of the future school, the teacher of the future school, the leadership of the future school, the student of the future school), and the level of performance in the schools of the Al-Baha region came on average.

In addition, there were statistically significant differences among the means of the responses of the study sample participants to the degree of availability of the elements of the future school in Al-Baha region schools due to the variable of the educational qualification, and no differences attributed to the variable (years of experience, educational stage) appeared.

The results also showed a positive correlation between the degree of availability of the elements of the Future School in Al-Baha Region schools, and the level of performance in Al-Baha schools from the point of view of female teachers.
