Abstract EN

In the approval events of the new Iranian cons�tu�on 1906, An par��on occurred among religious associa�on poles towards ruling authority and cons�tu�on and ho to impose it, The situa�on ranges between the strict as Sheikh Fadhul Allah Al-Noori, as much as the ma�er is related to applying correctly the sacred Shariah rules, and the conserva�ve and suppor�ve opinion of Mohammed Hussein Al-Naeeni presuming that what has been come in cons�tu�on of rules and reforms does not contradict with the sacred Shariah, Which means that the two Sheikhs “ Al-Noori and Al-Naeeni “ have totally realized that there is a deference between the cons�tu�on and the Shariah.

Yet Sheikh AL NOORI realized that it is difficult to harmonize between the Shariah and the cons�tu�on, The sheikh Al-Naeeni believes that establishing cons�tu�onal government does not harm from the religious viewpoint.
