The importance of research came to improve the game of basketball for the better and raise the level of appropriate muscle strength, especially the force characterized by speed, for the player to perform the requirements of the game through experimentation and investigation of the facts of the new and untested training for this game in addition to the delivery of scientific information to coaches on the role of this training and its importance in basketball hoping to achieve results Serving the game of basketball.

The research objectives were: 1-Preparation of suggested exercises according to the training method (pendulum) in developing the force characterized by speed and some basic skills in basketball for youth.2-Identifying the effect of suggested exercises according to the (pendular) training method on developing strength characterized by speed and some basic skills in basketball for youth.

The most important conclusions were1-The suggested exercises and method of pendulum training helped effectively in developing the force characterized by speed, as well as developing some basic offensive skills in basketball.2-Choosing exercises and applying them in the match environment helps to increase the accuracy of the skillful performance in conditions identical to the competition conditions.

It was recommended: 1-Adopting the suggested exercises and the pendulum training method, as they help effectively in developing the force characterized by speed, as well as developing some basic offensive skills in basketball.2-Emphasis in training on the selection of exercises and their application in the atmosphere of the match, which helps to increase the accuracy of the skillful performance in conditions identical to the conditions of competition.
