The research aims to set up special exercises for advanced defense and recognize its impact on the development of two kinetic response speed and the transitional speed of the National Center for the Care of Sports Tough Handball.

The researcher used the experimental approach to suit the nature of the problem to be resolved, as well as the researcher adopted its research on one-set.

The researcher sample chose by the researcher with a sample of specialized school players in Diyala (12-14 years old) and 14 players.

The researcher has concluded the adoption of advanced defense exercises in exercises underdeveloped age groups to develop other intelligence and technical capacities.
