Abstract EN

The study was designed to reveal the degree of job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers in Irbid governorate.

The researcher used the descriptive method.

The study sample consisted of (312) teachers who were randomly chosen.

The study department was applied after verifying its validity and stability.

The study tool consisted of (32) sections divided into six fields (nature of work, Rewards, management, self-satisfaction, relationship with colleagues relationship with parents and students).

The results of the study showed that the level of job satisfaction as a whole for the kindergarten teachers in Irbid governorate was at an average level.

The study also showed statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance (α = 0.05) among the arithmetic averages of the sample’s estimates on the area of (management) due to the variable of the supervisor, in favor of female teachers in government schools.

In the light of these findings, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations to benefit from the educational programs and enhance the positive aspects of the teachers.
