Abstract EN

The researcher addresses that profession in sport activities became a vital demand among recent era requirements in all countries over the world and no one can ignore profession in condition that profession is extracted from experiment circumstances and economics of each country, and this system involves several factors such as players, club administrations, federations, economy and economic laws…etc.

The specialists conforms sport should keep pace direction toward privacy which appropriate with type and goals of sport bodies and foundations.

There should be a continuous follow up of rules and conformation of their activities, abilities and rapid alters and reforms of what needed to be adjusted and work for developing, updating continuously according to renewed local and global variables and keeping pace with rapid development in sport management area and that is what the importance of the research conforms.

In spite of all these, there is a problem with no previous studies about that topic in Iraq generally and especially in Kurdistan except few simple professional contracts done by some sport clubs that excluded of management and finance rules when such a situation occurs generates problems or differences between concerned parties.

Therefore, the researcher seeks to construct scale for profession of football players embrace all important aspects throughout writing theoretical framework of this subject then discovering few similar studies to current research in foreign countries.

The research proceeded on (108) people whom present the most famous sport foundations in Kurdistan region and they have been divided into three groups each of them included (36) individuals of ministry of culture and youth, Olympic community and press association of athletes.

Furthermore the researcher used descriptive approach also scientific methods has been followed to construct scale in terms of setting the main subscales and selecting privet sections for each subscale then discriminative power and internal consistency coefficient has been conducted for items validity, reliability and subjectivity depending on appropriate statistical tools.

In chapter four, the research presents the outcomes, then discusses each subscale once at a time supported by scientific fact provided by experts in that field.

Finally, in chapter five some conclusions have presented such as prepared scale as its items and subscales have been approved by all research sample participants and the researcher also concluded that profession works on increasing competition between clubs to raise performance level of players and obtain talented players and increasing demand on players.
