It is clear to her that the process of administrative authorization requires the availability of certain sizes of legal conditions that are distinguished from similar legal systems.

This is the issuance of the authorization decision, which arranges the legal effects of both the authorized and delegated parties, and according to the requirements and hierarchy in the principles of administrative organization.

The administrative delegation emerged because of the development of the administrative legal system, as a means of reducing the burden of the administrative head.
