Smart contracts is known as code applied directly, and this technique reduces time and effort, as it establishes the principle of self-implementation of contracts.

The main aim of smart contracts is to reduce the need of intermediates.

Also, it submitted more secure documents.

All these will applied by blockchain technology.

In our paper, we suggest to organize this type of contracts in Iraqi laws using blockchain technology.
