Abstract EN

This research is concerned with the study of negroes slaves in the united states of America after liberation between 1865 -1881 through different studies, whereas the research took information from sources and references ranging from the comparative book documentary, letters and framework as well as Arabic book and the most prominent book the document arty which reported the research book of speeches and document in American history who collected documents on it (Robert birley) and the student of its third part (vol, lll, 1865-1913)which contained the texts of the constitutional amendments for slaves as well as addressed the activity of the organization (ku-ku-klux klan moreover, the student benefited from some university frameworks that dealt with the subject from different angles.

especially the thesis (haidar talib Hussein al- hashimi)seasoned by the American civil war 1861-1965, as it contanined detailed information on the resuits of war and constitutional amendments and the beginng of the activity of organizations southern terrorist.
