In order to implement the policy of privatization, and to achieve the desired objectives, it is necessary to accompany the implementation of many economic, political and social reforms, as there are a number of factors that have a significant impact on the success of privatization, and there are obstacles to the success of the policy of privatization.

The aim of this study is to identify the most important factors and obstacles that must be followed in order to achieve the means for which the privatization policy was implemented, because privatization is a means by itself and not a goal.
