Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the role of the science books activities to develop some of the life skills of students from the teachers’ point of view.

The study sample consisted of (64) teachers of science specialization for seventh grade in Ajloun governorate, and a questionnaire was used to collect data.

The results showed that the role of the science books activities for the development of some life skills among the seventh grade students came to a medium degree, the most prominent of which is the field of life skills development in preventive skills followed by the hand skills and social skills.

The results indicated that there are no statistically significant differences in all areas of role of the science books activities in developing life skills and the role of the science books activities in the development of life skills as a whole depending on gender, experience and scientific qualification variables.
