We wanted to talk in this article about the effect of conscious memorization on learning the Arabic language and acquiring its skills, based on a set of educational considerations, and the pedagogical contexts in which education takes place and the learning takes place, in the various sections of the language lesson and at our various levels of education.

The context in which these learning takes place is marked by a sharp decline in the level of linguistic achievement of many of the learners, which has negatively affected the level of their gains and the upgrade of their abilities and the development of their basic skills in the Arabic language, which was evident in the weakness of their oral and written production in particular.

The scholars attributed this decline to many reasons, especially those related to educational and pedagogical problems.

And our article came to shed light on memorization as one of these reasons, which we believe had a great impact on this decline, to show its importance and its good effect on language learning.
