The research aims to highlight Mechanisms of applying the deliberative approach in the teaching of the Arabic language and its activities according to the competency approach.

Where we find the advantage of the approach of deliberative in that it responds to the concepts of approach competencies and mechanisms, since they link language education in various social contexts in which the learner and the various problems of communication and obstacles that face it.

The greatest challenge facing this approach in practice, as the field reveals to us daily, shows that the learner's linguistic gains are not in line with his social environment and the latest developments of the times.
