Arabic Abstract

استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على مدى مساهمة المشاريع الزراعية الصغيرة في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي في إقليم وسط الأردن دراسة حالة محافظة مأدبا.

تم جمع البيانات من خلال إستبيان صمم لغايات تحقيق أهدف الدراسة، و وزّع على الحاصلين على قروض من مؤسسة الاقراض الزراعي في محافظة مأدبا، ضمن قصبة مأدبا، و بلغ عددهم ( ۱۷۰ ) مقترض و مقترضه.

استخدم التحليل الوصفي و التحليلي الغايات تحليل و استخراج النتائج.

أظهرت النتائج أن العمر و النوع الإجتماعي و نوع المشروع لا يعد من الأمور التي تؤثر بشكل واضح في العلاقة بين المشاريع الزراعية و الأمن الغذائي، بل هي تدعم الفكرة الريادية في المشروع و تزيد من عند المستفيدين في هذا المجال من فئة الشباب، و بذلك تكون المشاريع الزراعية الصغيرة أحد أقطاب دعم عمل المرأة و تفعيل دور الشباب في التنمية المستدامة.

كما بينت الدراسة أن عدد أفراد الأسرة من المحددات التي تزيد من الاستفادة من المشاريع الصغيرة على الرغم ان المشاريع التنموية الكبيرة لا تتأثر كثيرا بعدد أفراد الأسرة، إلا ان دخل الفرد السنوي يزداد لامتلاكه مشروع صغير خاص به.

و بينت النتائج أن المشاريع الصغيرة الزراعية التي تدار من المنزل تعد من أكثر المشاريع فائدة على الأسرة بحيث تقلل من نسبة بطالة أفرادها و بنفس الوقت تزيد من دخلها السنوي و بالتالي تحقق الأمن الغذائي.

كما تلعب المشاريع الزراعية دور كبير و واضح في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي واستدامته، كما أنها تساعد في استمرارية الأمن الغذائي واستقراره، و أن القروض قصيرة المدى وذات التمويل الإسلامي الأكثر رغية عند الأفراد نحو استثمارها في تحقيق مشاريعهم الزراعية.

و قد أوصت الدراسة تدريب الراغبين بعمل مشاريعهم الخاصة على إدارة المشاريع وع مل دراسة الجدوى الاقتصادية و تدريبهم على دورة حياة المشروع وزيادة نسبة القروض الممنوحة لقطاع الزراعة و خاصة قطاع استخدام التكنولوجيا في الزراعة أو الأفكار الجديدة مثل النانوتكنولوجي، لما لها من أثر واضح في التنمية الاقتصادية.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the extent of the contribution of small agricultural projects to achieving food security in the central region of Jordan, "a case study of the Madaba Governorate".

The study also aimed to identify the reality of small agricultural projects in the governorate of Madaba, and to analyze the correlation between the degree of the contribution of small agricultural enterprises and some independent variables.

Analysis of the correlation between the degree of impact of small agricultural projects and food security on families in Madaba governorate.

And the most important challenges facing small agricultural entrepreneurship and its impact on food security.

The data were collected through a questionnaire designed for the purposes of achieving the objectives of the study, and distributed to those who obtained loans from the Agricultural Credit Corporation in the governorate of Madaba, within the Qasaba of Madaba, and their number reached (170) borrowers and their borrowers.

Descriptive and analytical analysis was used for the purposes of analyzing and extracting the results.

The results indicated age, gender and project type.

It is not considered among the matters that clearly affect the relationship between agricultural projects and food security.

Rather, it supports the entrepreneurial idea in the project and increases the number of youth beneficiaries in this field, thus making small agricultural projects one of the poles of support.

Women's work and activating the role of youth in sustainable development.

The number of family members is one of the determinants that increase the benefit from small projects.

Although large development projects are not affected much by the number of family members, the annual income of an individual increases because he owns a small project of his own.

The results showed that small agricultural projects that are managed from home are considered one of the most beneficial projects for the family, as they reduce the unemployment rate of their members and at the same time increase their annual income and thus achieve food security.

Agricultural projects also play a large and clear role in achieving and sustaining food security, as well as helping in the continuity and stability of food security.

And short-term loans with Islamic financing are more desirable for individuals to invest in the realization of their agricultural projects.

In light of the results obtained, the study recommended - training those wishing to do their own projects on project management, conducting an economic feasibility study, and training them on the project life cycle.

And increasing the percentage of loans granted to the agricultural sector, especially the sector of using technology in agriculture, or new ideas such as nanotechnology, because of their clear impact on economic development.
