Abstract EN

The aim of the study is to determine how social responsibility towards workers helps in building trust within Condor Electronics.

Because of the complexity of the research variables that comprise the study society as a whole, a random stratified sample was chosen because it was the most suitable one.

The questionnaire was used as an essential tool to gather the data collection.

The research arrived at a number of findings after using sufficient statistical methods in the analysis.

The most important result is the building of trust within Condor Electronics is directly related to the degree to which the business exercises social responsibility towards the workers.

The latter has practices that contribute in building workers' trust in their direct supervisors, the management of the enterprise, and their colleagues in work.
