Economic crime is linked to the financial and economic dimensions, both in their characteristics, effects and patterns, and is reflected in many of the criminal forms and patterns associated with it; Like money laundering offenses, which are a prominent and important type of economic crime, have a significant negative impact on the economies and institutions of States; the methods used in this crime vary from traditional to modern methods, making it difficult to discover their owners and those responsible for them; This article aims at dismantling this phenomenon of sociology and to know its reality in Algeria, while recognizing the legal measures that the Algerian legislature has enacted to combat this phenomenon.
