When the judicial officer carries out the process of mobile goods execution preparing them for selling in public auction, he encounters different material and legal obstacles that related to the requestor of execution, the executor, the guardian of goods (subject of execution), most of these obstacles due to the lack of precise legal rules in Algerian legislation or to the misinterpretation of these rules.

That 's why by this research document, we try to discover these material and legal obstacles that hinder the proper functioning of mobile goods execution in order to sell them in public auction and find out the appropriate solutions that facilitated judicial officer doing that process in the best conditions and provide appropriate enough legal mechanisms that achieves the goal behind selling mobile goods for the interest of the requestor of the execution.
