The idea of an aesthetic public order is considered an innovative matter whose content has been determined in administrative law only recently, as it is one of the elements of public order in its modern sense, as it is closely linked to the municipality as the basic cell of the state that plays an effective role in maintaining the aesthetic public order.

However, the municipality's role in preserving the aesthetic public order does not reach the desired limit due to the lack of financial resources of the municipality or the weakness of oversight in practice, without forgetting the lack of awareness of citizens towards the aesthetics of their municipality and perhaps the environmental and urban deterioration that most of our municipalities are experiencing is evidence of that.
