This study aimed at identifying the level of organizational citizenship behavior of the agricultural servicesstaff of the wilya ghardaia; Also identify differences by variable Age, sex, seniority, to achieve theses objectives, We have relied a series of methodology calactions, adopted the approach discripitive, the data collection tool a questionnaire of organizational citizenship behavior, whereit has been established that of its psychometricpro perties (honesty, persistence) And then applyit to a sample It consisted of 84 staff members, we have the following results: The level of organizational citizenship behavior is average, There are no statistically significant differences in the level of organizational citizenship behavior attributable to the gender variant, to the variable age and to the variable of seniority.
