في اقتصاد أصبحت فيه المعرفة سر النجاح، تختار الشركات الاستثمار أكثر فأكثر في أصولها غير الملموسة، من خلال بعض الإجراءات التي تمكنها من تطوير المهارات و المعرفة و التأهيل للأصول البشرية و العلائقية و البيئية.
إن التكامل الموجود بين هذه المكونات يجعل كل منها يتأثر بجودة المكون الآخر.
إذا كان من الممكن أن تفسر صورة العلامة التجارية و سمعة الكيان تقلب قيمة المؤسسة، فذلك لأنهما يعكسان رفاهية العمال و علاقة المؤسسة بالمجتمع و مدى حفاظها على البيئة.
تحاول هذه المقالة توضيح و إظهار الأهمية المعطاة لهذا النوع من الأصول، من خلال تحليل التقارير شركتي Electric Shneider وLoreal ، حيث نجد أن جزءا من أدائهما يمكن تفسيره من خلال سلوكهما و الاستراتيجية المعتمدة لتطوير هذه الأصول
Abstract EN
In an economy in which knowledge became the secret of success, companies choose investing more and more in their intangible assets, by some actions that enable it to develop skills, knowledge and qualification of her human asset, relational and environmental asset.
The synergy existing between these components make each one influenced by the quality of the other one.
If the brand image and the reputation of the entity could explain the fluctuation of the value of the enterprise, it’s because they reflect the well-being of its collaborator and community.
This article tries to explain, by exposing the case of Schneider Electri and l’Oréal by analyzing their reporting, and showing the importance given to this kind of assets.
We find out that a part of their performance could be explained by their behavior and strategy adopted to develop this assets.

Dans une économie où le savoir, le savoir-faire et le faire-savoir sont devenus les clés de succès, les entreprises choisissent d’investir de plus en plus dans leur capital immatériel et cela à travers un ensemble d’actions et dépenses qui servent à développer les connaissances et les compétences de leur capital humain, leur capital relationnel et sociétal.
La synergie qui existe entre les composants de l’actif immatériel garantie une rentabilité partagée, dont la performance de chaque élément influe sur celle des autres.
Si l’image de marque et la réputation de l’entreprise sont les explicateurs des fluctuations de la valeur marchande de l’entreprise, c’est parce qu’elles reflètent, le bien-être assuré aux employés et la responsabilité environnementale de l’entreprise et ses réalisation envers ces collaborateurs et sa communauté.
Tout ça sera montré dans cette étude qui traite le comportement de Schneider Electric et l’Oréal et montre l’intérét tournée vers ces éléments de leur part.
À travers une analyse des rapports intégrés, on constate qu’une partie de la performance de ces entreprises peut être expliquée par l’importance donnée aux investissements immatériels et aux actions qui visent le développement de ces actifs
