This article exposes the problematic of the temporary waqf legitimacy and its economic effects.

Because the Waqf is one of the financial systems that the Muslims relied on both the economic and the social aspects.

In additionour study focuses on the theoretical framework of the Islamic Waqf.

Secondly, we focused on the fact of the temporary waqf, in terms of its concept, importance and its interest.
