Abstract EN

This research aims to clarify the components of the Islamic financial and banking system, and to clarify the requirements for achieving an integrated Islamic financial and banking system, by showing functional complementarity between these institutions and the need for each other to complete their development role and avoid resorting to usurious institutions, which facilitates their handling of provisions Islamic Sharia.

The study concluded that each institution consisting of the Islamic financial and banking system specializes in caring for a specific field to complement each other in order to build an advanced financial and banking system, Some of them seek to provide sufficient information about the criteria for controlling Islamic banking, Some of them are specialized in setting Sharia rulings and regulations, Including what aims to enhance the creation of the necessary liquidity and facilitate the circulation of various securities, Some are aimed at preparing credit rating standards to enhance transparency, objectivity and disclosure, Others specialize in securing all activities carried out by previous institutions, according to principles based on Islamic Sharia.
