Abstract EN

The current study aimed to identify Psychological pressures as recognized by health sector workers, so that the study was applied to a sample of 57health sector workers (doctors, nurses and employee) of the reference hospital for the treatment of those infected with the Covid -19 in Guelma (Algeria) selected in a simple random way.

The researchers used both the descriptive curriculum and the Psychological pressures questionnaire for health sector workers completed in the current study.

the results resulted in the high level of Psychological pressures among workers in the health sector, as the results of the study showed statistically significant differences in the level of Psychological pressures according to each of the following variables (sex) the differences were in favor of females, and profession (specialist doctor – generalist doctor - nurse - employee), the differences were in favor of doctors.

In the light of these findings, a set of proposals and recommendations have been made.
