The Covid 19 epidemic has stimulated libraries to change and benefit from technological development, by employing technology to change This study aims to identify the extent to which libraries benefit from technological development in light of the outbreak of the Covid 19 epidemic to provide sources of information for researchers and students by answering the following question: How did Algerian university libraries employ digital services to help students and researchers? Through this work, we presented and analyzed the digital services provided by the Central Library at the University of Algiers2 through its website to assist students and researchers in carrying out their research in light of the measures that led to the closure of the library and not benefiting from its services in attendance, and the results indicated that digital libraries It needs further improvement and development to meet the needs of users, and its importance has been confirmed in the current circumstances in which the Covid 19 epidemic caused the closure of libraries, as it became the safe way for the continuation of office services.
