The coronavirus pandemic COVID-19 has caused an unprecedented crisis in all areas, especially in the field of education, this emergency has led to the closure of institutions and schools.
In this context and in order to compensate for the suspension of face-to-face courses and to ensure pedagogical continuity, governments have resorted to distance and online education (e-Learning), supported by multimedia technologies.
In the face of this health crisis, one could say that it is this very expansion of multimedia technology that has facilitated distance learning.
However, distance and online learning / teaching in addition to its effectiveness, it has some drawbacks.

La pandémie du coronavirus COVID-19 a provoqué une crise sans précédent dans tous les domaines notamment dans le domaine de l’éducation, cette urgence a conduit à la fermeture des institutions et des établissements scolaires.
Dans ce cadre et afin de compenser la suspension des cours présentiels et assurer la continuité pédagogique, les gouvernements ont eu recours à l’enseignement à distance et en ligne (e-Learning), soutenu par les technologies multimédias.
Face à cette situation de crise sanitaire, l’expansion de la technologie multimédia a facilité l’apprentissage à distance.
Néanmoins l’apprentissage/ enseignements en ligne en plus de son efficacité, il présente quelques inconvénients.
