The field of measuring cognitive abilities in general and linguistic abilities in particular has witnessed a remarkable development, especially in recent years.

This development came as a result of the need to objective experimental methods in the process of evaluating and assessing the linguistic characteristics of individuals, detecting disorders and diagnosing them.

The linguistic measurement is based first on analysis, classification, then quantification (a quantitative description), and this is what we have done in this article to put under the specialists, students and researchers a means of analyzing and evaluating the linguistic acquisition of the child, determining the degree of divergence of the child's abilities compared to normal abilities, identifying indicators of linguistic weakness, as well as to facilitate appropriate therapeutic intervention methods, the tool has been reinforced with all types of stability, reliability and sensitivity.
