Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the extent to which the Institute of Physical Education and Sports keeps pace with the total quality management from the viewpoint of the professors of Physical Education and Sports at the University of Algiers 3, the sample of the study consisted of (33) professors distributed at the Institute of Physical Education and Sports, University of Algeria 3, who were chosen randomly and to achieve goals This study used a questionnaire consisting of (30) items for total quality management, and its validity and reliability were confirmed by scientific methods, and the results showed that the Institute of Physical Education and Sports at the University of Algeria 3 keeps pace with quality management at an average degree according to the opinion of the professors of physical education and sports.
