تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة القائمة بين الصلابة النفسية للمدرب الرياضي من خلال كل من المؤشرات : الالتزام، التحكم، التحدي، و دافعية الإنجاز الرياضي و ذلك في مجموعة من الأنشطة الرياضية المختلفة، و تمثلت أداة الدراسة في مقياسي الصلابة النفسية و دافعية الانجاز الرياضي.
و جاءت النتائج لتؤكد على وجود علاقة ارتباطيه موجبة بين الصلابة النفسية للمدرب و دافعية الإنجاز الرياضي للاعب
Abstract EN
This study aims to identify the relationship between the psychological rigidity of the sports coach through each of the indicators: commitment, control, challenge, and motivation of athletic achievement in a range of different sports activities.
The results came to confirm the existence of a positive correlation between the psychological rigidity of the trainer and the motivation of achievement The athlete of the player.
