Abstract EN

This study sought to explore the role of administrative development in realizing the excellent performance in sports institutions.

It is about improving the sports institutions' perfomance and investigating the impact of administrative development's dimensions on excellence realization.

The work shed light on the main concepts of administrative development and excellent performance.

It also highlights some Arab examples in the excellent performance.

In the practical part, a questionnaire was administered for 30 participants.

The sample was chosen from the sports and youth administration of Borj Bou Arreridj.

The main finding of this research is that there exists a moderate correlation between the administrative development dimensions and excellent performance in sports' institutions
