Abstract EN

Among the challenges facing Algeria, and the world as a whole, are the threats of organized crime and its corruption, which covers all fields, and despite the measures taken at the national, regional and international levels, their risk is constantly increasing due to the use of organized crime gangs of modern and sophisticated means, and exceeding One country borders.

In order to face its activities, we propose to implement what was stated in the Islamic criminal legislation, which adopted special legislation for such serious crimes.

Organized crime is linked to the crime of warring people because their goal is one, which is to commit all criminal acts in order to gain access to money.And to fight it, two basic methods must be adopted: the first is preventive, based on strengthening individuals' religious beliefs, and instilling moral values and others in them, and the second is remedial.

And it is represented in the punishment specified by Allah the Almighty in the text of the verse ...

which is not applied except in the case of arrest of the perpetrators, but if they surrender before that, the punishment for banditry is forfeited, and This is to motivate the perpetrators to turn back on their criminal acts.
