The Algerian literary text is of great importance in building the Algerian self, and preserving its existence and its values, which are the main pillar on which the educational process is built in the Algerian educational institutions, .

Hence, the presence of the Algerian literarytexts in all educational stages is an urgent necessity that will reinforce in the souls of learners the values of belongingness to the one homeland, strengthen their attachment to its glorious history and their local heritageand culture, contribute to their intellectual and cognitive development and raise their feelings and tastes.

From this stand point, the research raises the problem of the presence of the Algerian literarytext in the book of the Arabic language intended to the thirdyear of secondaryschool, field of Arts and Philosophy.
