تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحديد أكثر العناصر تعقيدا في النظام الضريبي الجزائري و كيف هي الرؤية لهذا النظام بالنسبة للعينة المستجابة، و لهذا الغرض تم استخدام استبانة كأداة للبحث العلمي من خلال استقصاء عينة من الأكاديميين و المهنيين ذوي العلاقة بالمحاسبة و الجباية و تم معالجتها باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS.
VER.
26).
و قد توصلت نتائج الدراسة الى ان العناصر التشريعية في النظام الضريبي هي الأكثر تعقيدا، اما من حيث الرؤية لهذا النظام فمن خلال الخصوصيات للعينة المستجابة فسواء من حيث نوع الجنس، السن، المهنة، الشهادة، الخبرة فإننا لم نجد بينهما اية علاقة تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية و بالتالي لا تختلف الرؤية حسب المتغيرات الديموغرافية لتعقيدات هذا النظام.
Abstract EN
This study aims to identify the most complex elements in the Algerian tax system and how is the vision of this system for the responding sample, and for this purpose a questionnaire was used by surveying a sample of academics and professionals related to accounting and tax and it was processed using (SPSS VER 26).
The results concluded that the legislative elements are the most complex according to the responding sample, we did not find any statistically significant influence relationship between them and therefore the vision does not differ according to the demographic variables of the complexities of this system.
