Abstract EN

This study aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between the administrative leadership of the workers of Blida University2 motivated by achievement.

The study was conducted on a sample consisting of (43) workers distributed over the various faculties of the university using two measures of leadership styles and achievement motivation, and this is based on the analytical descriptive approach.

The study found that there is no statistically significant correlation between the leadership styles in their three dimensions and achievement motivation among the workers of the University of Blida 2 Lounici Ali.
