Abstract EN

The present study aims at identifying employment opportunities and professional integration of Algerian university graduates.

The concept of employment, employment sociology was addressed, as well as the definition of the tasks and objectives of the national and state employment agency.

Then analyze and interpret the employment and integration data, results and statistics during the period (2013-2018).

The study reached a number of results, including that the National Agency for Employment, including the State Agency for Employment in El-Oued, seeks to integrate the largest possible number of job seekers within the institutions in various forms, but these integration rates varied from year to year due to several variables, including the variable economic and social situation of country.
