The crime of trafficking in human beings is a serious transnational crime that represents a form of contemporary slavery, whereby a person is a commodity sold and bought in exchange for financial profits or the achievement of certain purposes, by soliciting victims in many ways and means for their use in prostitution and sexual exploitation, and selling Human organs, work, forced marriage, sale of children, etc.

Accordingly, this article highlights a study of the rights of victims of trafficking in human beings in international agreements, charters and protocols, and their adequacy in order to assist, protect and rehabilitate them on the one hand, and the success of the criminal prosecution of the perpetrators of the crime on the other hand, especially in front of the reality of the prevailing treatment with trafficked persons as Criminals who violate internal laws and regulations and are not victims.
