Abstract EN

The algerian lawmaker has baptized to keep pace with modern urban legislation, where sustinable urbanization has becom one of the areas of sustainable development it is the approach adopted by various international legislations which created concepts and unfamiliar urban objects, including the green city which environmental associations participated in drawing their features, and accompanying those charged with embodying them on the ground, in order to achieve participatory reconstruction and urban governance despit not singling it out with a special texte, which requires remediation, in addition to taking a set of measures to activate associative activity in the urban sphere and in other areas.
