Abstract EN

In this article, I aim to discuss the critical project of the philosopher Muhammad Abu al-Qasim Haj Hamad, which is “the deconstruction of the foundations of Western civilization”, by revealing the secret of its crisis, explaining the epistemological alternative of the Qur’an cognitive methodology based on the dualism of confirmation and domination ; it means (absorption and overtaking).

The study concluded that Western cognitive paradigm is unsalvageable; Because the failure is in its foundations, not in its applications, and that the solution lies in the Islamic alternative represented in the Qur’an cognitive methodology that doesn’t eliminate the intellectual victories that mankind achieved, but rather absorbs and transcends them to universality.
