The French colonial policies in Algeria and the Zionist movement in Palestine, through the phenomenon of settlement, focused on the economic sector in the two countries.

They changed the lifestyle that existed in a profitable material pattern, devoted to serving settlers from Europeans and Jews.

France, the Zionist movement and then Israel sought to achieve the goal of integration And annexation, to changing the demographics, breaking down the social system of the two countries, and obliterating the civilizational and religious evidence of the two peoples, through the policy of elimination and Judaization, as well as devoting the policy of ignoring the people of the two peoples by restricting the educational process by preventing it from funding sources, closing Arab schools, Quranic writings, and depriving teachers of Their salaries and rights, in exchange for seeking to consecrate the French language and revive the extinct Hebrew language, and the activists of the national movement and advocates of political rights in Algeria and Palestine were prevented from activity, and were subjected to harassment, follow-ups and imprisonment, in order to suppress ideas of liberation.
