إن حماية اللاجئ الإنساني من المواضيع المهمة التي تحتاج الى دراسة و بحث معمق، يصل الباحث من خلالها الى دراسة النصوص القانونية و الاتفاقية الملزمة للدول التي تشهد تدفق كبير من اللاجئين الذين يفرون من دولهم بسبب الحروب والأوضاع الصعبة، فالدولة المضيفة ملزمة قانونا عن حماية اللاجئين عن طريق التحكم في أعمال سلطاتها الثلاث التشريعية و التنفيذية و القضائية ذات الصلة باللاجئ الإنساني

The protection of the humanitarian réfugie is one of the important issues thatneed to bestudied and examined in depth Wereach the texts of a binding agreement for countries that are witnessing a great influx of refugies fromwar and difficult situations in their countries The State isresponsible for the executive, legislative and judicialpowers of the refugiés.
