Arabic Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقدير درجة ممارسة معلمي الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى المهارات التفكير الإبداعي في مدارس لواء بني كنانة من وجهة نظرهم، و تكون عينة الدراسة من معلمي و معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى في المدارس الحكومية التابعة لمديرية التربية و التعليم الواء بني كنانة خلال الفصل الثاني من العام الدراسي ( 2020/2019 )، و البالغ عددهم ( 450 ) معلما و معلمة، و بلغ عدد أفراد العينة الذين استجابوا لأداة الدراسة ( 230 ) معلما و معلمة، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بتطوير استبانة مكونة من ( 48 ) فقرة موزعة إلى خمسة مجالات، هي : ( الطلاقة، و المرونة، و الأصالة والتفاصيل، و الحساسية للمشكلات )، و قد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة معلمي الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى المهارات التفكير الإبداعي في مدارس لواء بني كنانة من وجهة نظرهم كانت متوسطة و في جميع المجالات، و وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى إلى متغير النوع الاجتماعي في جميع المجالات و الأداة ككل لصالح المعلمات ( الإنات ) باستثناء كل من مجالي ( الأصالة و الحساسية للمشكلات ) قلهم تظهر فروق دالة إحصائيا بين أفراد عينة الدراسة ( المعلمين والمعلمات ) لهذين المجالين، و وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى إلى متغير سنوات الخبرة في جميع المجالات و الأداة ككل و لصالح فئة ( 11 سنة فأكثر ).

English Abstract

This study aims at estimating the degree of practicing the creative thinking skills by the teachers of the first three grades of in the schools of the Bani Kenana District from their point of view.

The sample of the study consisted of all the teachers of the first three grades in the public schools of the Directorate of Education of Bani Kenana District during the second semester of the academic year (2020/2019), and they numbered (450) male and female teachers.

The number of respondents who responded to the study tool reached (230) male and female teachers.

To achieve the goals of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of (48) paragraphs distributed into five areas: (reading fluency, flexibility, originality, details, and sensitivity to problems).

The study found that the degree of practicing the creative thinking skills by the teachers of the first three grades of in the schools of the Bani Kenana District from their point of view was medium and in all areas, and the presence of statistically significant differences attributable to the gender variable for all areas and the tool as a whole except for each of the following areas (originality, sensitivity to problems) In favor of females, and the presence of statistical significance differences attributed to the variable of years of experience for all areas and the tool as a wholeFor the benefit of (11 years and over).
