Arabic Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة توظيف معلمي الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى في مدارس لواء ماركا لتكنولوجيا التعليم من وجهة نظرهم، مستخدمة المنهج الوصفي عبر استبانة مكونة من ( 36 ) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات، أما عينتها فتألفت من ( 310 ) معلمين ومعلمات، بواقع ( 231 ) معلمة، و ( 79 ) معلما اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية.
و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة نتائج أهمها : أن درجة توظيف المعلمين للتكنولوجيا التعليم كانت متوسطة، بمتوسط حسابي بلغ ( 2.64 )، كما اظهرت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية ( α = 0.05 ) تعزى لأثر متغير النوع الاجتماعي في جميع المجالات و في الدرجة الكلية، باستثناء مجالي التقنيات البصرية والتقنيات السمعية والبصرية، وجاءت الفروق لصالح الإناث، ووجود فروق تعزى الأثر المؤهل العلمي في جميع المجالات و في الدرجة الكلية، و جاءت الفروق الصالح الدراسات العلياء وعدم وجود فروق تعزى لأثر سنوات الخبرة، وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت عدة توصيات أهمها تفعيل استخدام التقنيات التربوية في التعليم الصفي لما لها من دور في تحسين درجة تحقق الأهداف
English Abstract
The aim of this study was to reveal the degree of employment for the teachers of the first three grades in the schools of Marka for Educational Technology from their point of view, using the descriptive approach through a questionnaire consisting of (36) paragraphs distributed in three areas, it’s sample consisted of (310) teachers, with the rate of (231) female teachers and (79) male teachers.
They were chosen using a simple random method.
The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The degree of teachers using educational technology was medium, with an average of (2.64), and there were no statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) due to the social impact in all areas and the overall degree, except for two areas Optical techniques, Audio and Visual techniques.
Differences came in favor of females, and presence of differences attributable to the impact of the educational qualification in all fields and in the overall degree, there were differences came in favor of graduate studies, and absence of differences attributed to the impact of years of experience.
Several recommendations were presented upon the results, the most important of which was activating the use of educational techniques in the classroom because of their role in improving the degree of reaching the goals
