Although there are few studies and research about it in the Islamic world for many reasons, including the scarcity of writings about this group, it has scientific value in the Islamic heritage.

Ikhwan Al-Safa wrote the first scientific and intellectual encyclopedia in Islamic civilization, in which it tackled all the knowledge, ideas, and the important sciences of mathematics, astronomy, religion, music, and others.

If anything, this only indicates the nature of openness and knowledge of this group.

Another character that interested historians and researchers rarely mention is the nature of enlightenment, which is manifested through several aspects of their thinking through encyclopedia, rationality, openness, reform, which we will address in this research paper.
