Abstract EN

This article deals with Chomsky's critical philosophy and his opposition to American political practice, its crimes, and its violation of international laws and covenants because of its rogue policy that constitutes a source of terrorism, exploitative companies, and capitalist domination that replaced liberal values on the basis of social justice, equality and freedom with new, illegitimate values that have remained tragedies, violations and an obstacle to the peoples and societies of the world.

It also aims to reveal the role of the moral and humanistic practice of Noam Chomsky, whose anarchist enlightenment seeks to build a freer and more humane society on the basis of human nature and its immutable and universal standards among human beings.
