Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to read the book " Badayie al-sslk in the nature of the king" by Ibn al-Azraq al-Faqih and al-Maliki Judge, and to devise ideas and economic connotations that`s related to the issue of the gain that his book included.

The content of the research was presented in: an introduction and three subjects; it dealt with the life of Ibn al-Azraq and his social and scientific environment, and the contents of his book " Badayie al-sslk in the nature of the king" and its economic ideas, especially in the field of earning and production.

The research showed the reality of earnings and its relationship with production, Its types, its governance, its most important morals, and its means of economic activities; trade, agriculture and industry.

The research used the descriptive, inductive, deductive and analytical method that achieves the objective of the research, and is suitable for its content.

The research obtains several conclusions and recommendations.

The overall result was a good contribution And the intellectual head in the economic field of Ibn Al-Azraq in the subject of production and its concept, the division of labor, international trade, the productivity of economic activities, his approval of traditional and contemporary economic thought in some economic ideas, and his disagreement in other matters.
