Abstract EN

This research deals with the study of the political theory of a distinguished personality, as he has ljtihad degree level.

Therefore, his scientific opinions have acquired legitimacy in the Islamic thought.

He also practiced political work for a long period of time which added practical experience to him.

The research included three topics, in addition to the introduction and conclusion.

The first topics presented the ideological issues related to the social and political aspects.

The second included the discussion of political theories in the age of absence.

The third highlighted the foundations of the Islamic political system.
