Attar AL-Nisaburi is famous in the world, especially in the Arab world, like other famous persian poets, such as Jalal al-Din Rumi, Sa'di, Hafez and so far, the works of this capable persian poet have been translated more than 20 times to the arabic prose and poem.

Egyptians overtook from other arab countries in attention to the works of poets and writers, both in the old age and in the contemporary age and in the research of comparative literature (arabic-persian), they are at the top of this collection with a lot of distance of others, But this differs a little about Attar Neishabouri.

However, most of the translators of the works of this great Iranian poet is egyptian, But Ahmed Naji Qaisi, the iraqi author and translator, is the first translator of Attar's works to Arabic, who translated the book of Manṭiq-uṭ-Ṭayr Attar into prose in the year 1965.

The last translator of the works of Attar is Badie Mohammed Juma and Mohammed Nur al-Din Abd Al Momen whom translated the book of Manṭiq-uṭ-Ṭayr into arabic in the year (2014).

This paper attempts to identify the position of this great iranian poet among the contemporary arab scholars with descriptive and historical method.

The research shows that Attar was famous among contemporary arab researchers and he has a good place.
