In this research we attempt to provide an in-depth and detailed study on the effect of annexation and separation on nationality in order to reach ways of treating this phenomenon, which may affect in one way or another the population of the divided or separated state.

The importance of this research is due to the importance of the side effects that emerge after the annexation or separation of countries on the one hand, and on the other the main effects that affect people in terms of nationality, which they enjoyed previously, whether it is lack or duplication.
